Events for the winter will start November 4th and run until the end of March
All events & activities will take place around the Region of Waterloo, Guelph, & Halton area. Discovering the beautiful scenery of the trails around us! Columbia Forest Hike
Moderate hike on some of the best trails in the city! We will plan to hike 7 km-8km.
Park at Vista Hills Public School and we will walk to the trail head.
Walter Bean Trail- M.R. Good Family Trailway -Part of the Grand River Trail
Grand River Trail Part 2- Out & Back Plan for 1.5 hours
Arrive 5 minutes early as group will head out promptly at 7:00 pm.

Guelph Lake- Park on Conservation Road past Lake Side Church. You will be parking on the shoulder of the road where the damn is.
Bring Mug or glass as we are going to have a celebratory toast!

Resolution Walk
Great way to spend the last day of 2021. Save the date and will determine location early December. Plan for 2 hours. If Snowy Bring your spikes as the trail can get quite slippery!

Hydrocut Post Holiday Hike
Off the Monday after Christmas? I am Planning a 10km -12km hike as a group! This will be a more difficult hike especially if there is snow! Where your spikes!
Walter Bean Trail- M.R. Good Family Trailway
Aiming to due 12 km so a bit bigger of a hike pending weather! Aiming to start a bit earlier at 9:00am with the group.

Heath Valley Trail
Easy fun hike from Waterloo to St. Jacobs Approximately 8- 10 km in total. Trail is flat but offers nice views of the river and some farms along the way.
Parking on university is available no parking lot.
