Plan to arrive 10 minutes early as the group will head out shortly 7:00pm.

Details: Easy pace 5km along the Grand Valley Trail. This is a gravel trail that is fairly flat with some hills. Beginners and experienced runners welcome! Sunset run, bring your headlamps! We will have a couple extras on head. Please let us know if you need to borrow one.
